Shipping policy
At JBT Industries, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with the same attention to detail that goes into our products.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Some products are made to order, while others are produced in limited quantities and shipped directly from our inventory. Processing times may vary slightly depending on the items in your order.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in separate packages.
Because certain products are fulfilled by our production partners while others ship directly from JBT Industries, items ordered together may arrive at different times. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Delivery
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
While we work hard to deliver every order as quickly as possible, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We'll work with you to investigate the issue and help find the best resolution.
